Members of Ikeoha Heritage Development Foundation Lagos Branch Pays Homage to Abakaliki LGA Chairman
On the morning of Thursday, July 18, 2024, members of the Ikeoha Heritage Foundation Lagos Branch, under the leadership of Comrade Peter Nweze, visited Inyirigbada Lodge Nkaliki to pay homage to their Grand Patron and Executive Chairman of Abakaliki Local Government Council, High Chief Stephen Ebere Nwogba (JP).
The leader of the group, Comrade Peter Nweze, observed that the rural roads in Abakaliki Local Government have been given a facelift under the Chairmanship of Hon. Ebere Nwogba. The essence of their visitation was to thank him for all the good works he has been doing for the people of Abakaliki L.G.A and beyond, and to also demonstrate their total support and solidarity as he takes the journey of good leadership to the next level.
Other members of the group, who had returned from Lagos where they are based, expressed their intention to participate in the forthcoming local government elections scheduled for Saturday, July 20, 2024, when their votes will contribute to the anticipated victory of their Grand Patron (Ikeoha 1 of Izzi Nnodo Ekumenyi).
The visitation was not only used for hobnobbing and exchange of pleasantries but also as a means to thank God and to felicitate with the family of Hon. & Mrs. Stephen Ebere Nwogba for the precious gift of twin babies given to the family by the Almighty God.
In his words of appreciation, the Executive Chairman of Abakaliki Local Government Council and their Grand Patron, Chief Ebere Nwogba, thanked the members of the solidarity movement for their show of love. He returned the glory to God Almighty and promised to continue his fatherly role whenever the need arises. He also advised the group members to always love and care for one another, while pouring a bulk of prayers on the people for them to excel in their various areas of human endeavors.
